CorporateDhanalakshmi Bank raises Rs 150 crore
Dhanalakshmi Bank today said it has raised Rs 150 crore by selling bonds to investors on a private placement basis.

The bonds carry a rate of 10.30 per cent and have a tenure of five years and seven months. The interest payment will be on annual basis and the due date for the same would be September 30 every year, it said.
UTI Technologies Services has been appointed as registrar and transfer agents and Axis Trustee Services Ltd as trustees.
