Opto Circuits signs pact with OEM for joint development

Opto Circuits (India) Ltd. (OCI), a manufacturer of invasive and non-invasive medical devices, today announced that Criticare Systems Inc, its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a long-term development agreement with an OEM customer. The new product line will be produced by Criticare Systems and will be marketed by the OEM partner under their brand name in all major markets, Vinod Ramnani, managing director, Opto Circuits said.
