Telecom service provider Tata Communications today said it has launched its new mobile video telephony service for mobile operators and international carrier customers.

This would offer mobile operators and international carrier customers a single point of access for all their voice services requirements, the telecom service provider said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
"The mobile video telephony solution is both reliable and seamless and it opens doors for customers to reach an infinitely larger market in over 110 countries," Tata Communications Senior Vice President (Product marketing and business development for global voice solutions) Christian Michaud said.
Tata Communications mobile video telephony services would enable carriers and operators to reduce costs associated with establishing connections with other mobile networks, the filing added.
Shares of Tata Communications today closed at Rs 493.30 on the BSE, down 0.54 per cent from previous close.
